What Is Light?
Hi Guys, Today I am going to tell you about:- WHAT IS LIGHT? This will be a short post. So light is something that helps us to see. We have not yet properly defined light. Light is generally electromagnetic radiation . But what is this electromagnetic radiation? Electromagnetic radiation is generally a wave-energy that can travel through a vacuum . I will tell you about electromagnetic radiation in my next post. If we want to know about light , we should know about the electromagnetic spectrum . The electromagnetic spectrum (Or the spectrum of light) contains the visible light , infrared , radio waves etc. You might be getting confused. But read till the end. Light consists of photons , which travels in the form of a wave . You all might know that wave has a wavelength . The wavelength decides the type of light that is emitted from an object. So the different wavelength of light is put in the electromagnetic spectrum like radio waves , ultraviolet radiation , visible ...
